We built this Tuscan influenced 6,900 square foot home with high ceilings to create a spacious feel. The rear of the home has a commanding second floor balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the pool and hills beyond. The two story entry parlor features a curved staircase of Maple leading up to a classic balcony and open hallway. The entry floor is dressed with polished marble and contrasting accents, which leads in to the Maple hardwood floor throughout the house. The sun-drenched breakfast room is crowned by a deep soffited ceiling and looks out through arched transom windows to the pool and trellis covered entertaining area.
