Joe LoConte, President
Joe formed Olivewood with his
wife Patty in 1989 to build unique custom
homes in the Bay Area. Joe has over three
decades of experience in the building trades,
including his years in the Navy as a Lt.
Commander with the Seabees, and in
construction in Australia from 1977-1989.
Joe is a certified GreenPoint Rater with

Patty LoConte, Interior Designer
Patty realized her calling early in life, meticulously rearranging her family's furniture. As an art major in college she oversaw the design and construction of her family's new home. Patty's gift for color and balance makes her uniquely qualified to help homeowners, designers and architects with design layout and the use of color for interiors and exteriors. John Rodhouse, Vice President
John joined Olivewood in 1992 and quickly established himself in many functions —
vice president, estimator, project manager, and superintendant. John has over twenty years of experience in construction and electrical services, including commercial and public works projects in the United Kingdom. He is certified as a City and Guilds of London Electrical Technician with distinction. An avid soccer fan, John coaches the DeAnza Force under 16 Class 1 Soccer team.
